Audio content to download
How do I download my audio content?
1- Click on the "Download audio content" button on your order confirmation e-mail or scan the QR Code printed on your e-ticket.
2- Select the language of the audioguide.
3- Download the exhibition content by clicking on "Unlock the tour".
4- Please note: the tour must be downloaded to the phone that will be used on the day of the visit. It cannot be transferred to another phone.
5- Follow the instructions during your visit.
How long is my audioguide valid?
The tour is available from October 10, 2024 and can be listened to for the duration of the exhibition Caillebotte Painting men until January 19, 2025.
How can I activate several audioguides in a single order?
• The link in the confirmation e-mail and the QR code enable audio content to be downloaded on the same number of devices as the number of audioguides purchased (e.g.: For 3 audioguides purchased: 1 unique code usable on up to 3 phones).
• The purchaser who receives the confirmation mail can pass it on to the other participants. From each phone, click on the "Download audio content" button.
• Each participant can scan the QR code corresponding to his or her audioguide from the printed or on-screen ticket.
Please note: the tour must be downloaded to the phone that will be used on the day of the visit. It cannot be transferred to another phone.
Is my phone compatible?
The audioguide can be downloaded to your phone and viewed on the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox browsers.
What audio content is available?
You will only have access to the content of the exhibition Caillebotte Painting men, available in French and English.
You will not have access to content relating to the permanent collections.
How can I best prepare for my visit?
● Bring your own headphones
● Pre-download the tour data at home
● Bring your phone with a fully charged battery
How do I download my audio content?
In your order confirmation email, you can:
● via your order confirmation email: click on the "Download audioguide" button
● via your e-ticket: scan the QR code
When can I get a refund?
A refund is only possible if the corresponding service has been cancelled or modified by the Musée d'Orsay, in accordance with our General Terms of Sale.
I haven't received my order confirmation email.
Check the "Spam" or "Junk" folder in your mailbox.
An error occurred during the payment of my reservation. How do I know if my order has been processed?
If you have not received an error message indicating that your payment has been rejected, please do not place a second order.
Check your customer account under "My orders" to see if your tickets are available.
Two e-mails, one confirming payment and the other confirming the order, are systematically sent to the e-mail address given when your account was created.

My phone has run out of battery. Where can I recharge it in the museum?
There are 4 recharging points in the Musée d'Orsay (areas with sockets next to the benches).
We recommend that you charge your phone to at least 50% battery charge before setting off on your visit, and that you come equipped with a power cable for your phone.
My QR code/activation button doesn't work
Present your order/ticket confirmation email at the audioguide counter on the day of your visit.
