Welcome to the Musée d'Orsay ticket office
The Musée d'Orsay is happy to welcome you again
Because of the current health situation, all visitors – both those paying for entry and those enjoying free entry – must obligatorily book a timeslot so that the number of people visiting the museum at the same time can be limited.
• Wearing a mask (not supplied by the museum) is compulsory for all audiences from 11 years old. It is also highly recommended for children aged 6 to 10.
• For safety reasons, access to the lockers and cloakrooms will be restricted to accommodate only objects that cannot be allowed in the museum galleries.
• Hand sanitiser will be available for you inside the museum.
